Paul Gordon has been a trainer and consultant in private post-secondary educational management for more than 25 years. Paul’s experience as an Admissions Representative, Director of Admissions, and School Director enabled him to understand the recruiting and training needs of educational institutions and led him to co-found Source for Training Inc. Paul’s work as a successful consultant to over a hundred schools and private institutions in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, demonstrates his unique ability to foster teamwork, increase profits and enrollment while demonstrating the empathy, motivational skills and personal touch that both clients and students appreciate.
